Store Policies


Shipping and Order Pick Ups

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.  Please refer to USPS estimates to estimate when your order will arrive.  If you would like to pick up your order in person at a PURE Crystals Pop Up, please contact me before placing your order.  


PURE Crystals is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS in this case.



All regular and mini bracelets are one size fits most. XL bracelets are generally 9" circumference.


Necklaces are typically 18" unless otherwise noted. To order a custom-sized piece, click here


Product Care

All PURE Crystals jewelry is 100% nickel free.

Some crystals are water soluble or could be damaged by water and/or saltwater. It is NOT recommended that you wear your crystal jewelry while bathing or swimming, however exercising with them on is perfectly OK! 

Should you ever need to clean your bracelet, light soap and minimal water will do.  Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents.  Sterling silver clasps can be polished with a cleaning cloth.



Gemstone descriptions are provided for information only.  These descriptions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases.

All bracelets and necklaces are handmade using natural gemstones.  Pieces may vary slightly in color, size, and shape from pictures shown.

Each piece is carefully handmade to ensure durability, however in the unfortunate case should your necklace or bracelet break within the first 3 months of ownership due to regular wear, I will repair the broken item.  Customer pays shipping costs.  Please contact me to initiate this type of repair.


If your item breaks after the first 3 months of ownership and you would like it repaired, please purchase a repair kit here.  Repair kits cover the cost of materials, labor, and return shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

*PLEASE NOTE - due to current worldwide pandemic, PURE Crystals is currently unable to accept returns or exchanges.

For exchanges, please order your replacement item(s) online in a new, separate order from your original order.  Please send the items you would like to return, along with a reference to your order number within 15 days of purchase to

PURE Crystals does not cover the cost of shipping for your return.  A refund for unworn merchandise, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued upon receipt of the returned items within 3 business days.  You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
